Interested to support our community hall? You can join us as a volunteer or a committee member. Volunteering at the hall is a great way to become more connected to village life, especially if you are new to the area, looking to meet more people, want to give something back, value old halls and/or just want to help out.

Volunteers are always needed. Help with setting up and packing away for events, volunteering for working bees, etc.

Joining the committee involves attending monthly meetings, either as a position holder or general committee member. Committee members are elected at our Annual General Meeting held in July or September.

Committee meetings are held on the second Tuesday of every month except January. They are kept to a maximum of 1.5 hours and the AGM is usually done within half an hour.

The committee’s main purpose is the management, maintenance and improvement of the hall itself, along with providing an affordable & comfortable venue for community use or hire.

Currently, a Sunday Cafe supports our fundraising efforts. There’s Hap-ki-do, yoga, & choir lessons along with dinners & other events for our community to connect with one another.

Come along to a monthly meeting or drop us an email at stokerssidingdunbible244@gmail.com. Whatever time and support you can give, you are very welcome, any time.
